BodyNet sensor data processing: September 2008 - August 2011
Analyze streaming data from BodyNet sensors to provide a filtering mechansim for alerting applications related to the medical area. Also develop a classification method for BodyNet gathered data.
DNA chip data analysis: September 2005 - September 2008
Developed a DNA chip analysis method using Ant algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithms to classify and cluster DNA data containing gene and experiment information.
Discoverer and Portal Integration : June 2000 - February 2002
Developed a Web Provider for Discoverer which can provide portlets to Oracle Portal and supports metadata storing, query result caching, and background scheduling of query results as well as seamlessly integrating with Oracle Portal's single sign-on framework.
Knowledge Networks (Ph.D. Dissertation) : January 1998 - May 2000
Developed infrastructure to support push-based event delivery, event filters, and rule services on the Internet in Java.

Developed Event, Trigger, Rule service for negotiation in e-commerce with Java.

Developed ORB and RMI infrastructures for asynchronous/synchronous delivery of OAG's BODs while supporting multiple scenarios using OrbixWeb and Java.

Developed Rule service in CORBA environment for integrating manufacturing systems using OrbixWeb and Java.

Design and implementation of Parallel Query and Rule Server on network of NT machines using sockets with C++..
Electronic Banking : August 1995 - August 1996
Analyzed usability of softwares and technologies related to performing electronic banking. Developed GUI component and integrated with communication component for online banking software. Used Visual C++ and MFC classes.
LG Homesoft : August 1995 - August 1996
Developed database applications and GUI for intelligent home agent software which integrates phone, fax, personal information management and document editing utilities. Used MS Access, Visual C++ and MFC classes.
MS Thesis.
Titled "SAGA : A Multi-join Optimization Method for Parallel Databases". Developed Algorithm and performed simulation using PVM and C.
